Lightbulb 2 Mesmer build ideas

I've recently been trying to make 2 mesmer builds using the elite skills Arcane Languor and power leech, both which looked very attractive skills which I've never seen used.

arcane languor = out of control exhaution for the target foe.
Power leech = it's an interruption, and energy denial skill, and an energy gain, that's 3 birds in 1 stone.

And these were the results so far.

build 1:

Domination 10+1
Inspiration 10+1
fast casting 12+1+3

Enchanters armor

Arcane Languor
Arcane Echo
Power drain
Power spike
Optional (I take drain enchantment)
Optional (I take Wastrels Demise)
Optional (I take ether feast)
res

The idea is simple at 1st, you arcane echo then Languor, then you can use the Echoed Languor in 1 of 3 ways:

1: Wait till the 1st languor ends then add it, then add the original languor (equals around 28 - 30 seconds under this hex)
2: Cast it on another spell caster (I normally go for a monk 1st then another caster I feel is most threatening)
3: If the foe strips the hex, reapply it.

Use power spike and drain to interrupt(and according to wiki the exhaustion will still be applied)

I've yet to test this in High end PvP, but I'm guessing it could work in Long matches like GvGs, where the exhaustion can create long term issues.

Build 2:

Domination 11+1+3
Inspiration 12+1
fast casting (the rest)

Enchanters armor

Power Leech
Backfire
empathy
Drain enchantment/ Shatter enchantment
optional ( I took wastrels demise for more damage)
Optional (I took power drain for emergancy energy gain)
Optional (I take ether feast)
Res

wait for the foe to start casting a spell, and use power Leech to interrupt, if they cast more spells, it's your gain and his loss. I used empathy as I was in RA so I needed to multitask abit(give some protection in case it was a whole melee enemy team) Use Backfire as more anti caster (and if power leech is recharged you can use it to interrupt and hex removers then become a cover hex)

These two builds havn't had much testing, so feel free to comment and suggest improvements I could make.

Thanks in advanced - Shuuda.
